1. Booking & Payment

• A confirmed reservation requires acceptance of these terms.
• Full payment may be required upon booking, depending on the platform used (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• A valid ID may be requested before or at check-in.

2. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may result in extra charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policies depend on the platform used to book (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Direct bookings may be subject to a flexible or moderate policy (contact us for details).

4. Use of the Property

• No smoking inside the apartment (smoking allowed on the balcony only).
• No parties or loud gatherings.
• Maximum of 4 guests at all times.

5. Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.
• In case of accidental damage, please inform the host immediately.

6. Safety & Security

• Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving.
• The host is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.

7.  Respect for Neighbors

• Please respect building rules and neighbors.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
